It’s summer time in Houston, which means we are all looking for some way to cool off. Some of us go for a dip in the pool, but we’re sipping on some iced coffee at Three Brothers Bakery! We’re excited to have a selection of frappes to help protect Houstonians against the blazing summer.

Three Brothers Bakery Frappes
All frappes
Three Brothers Bakery Fig Mascarpone Frappe

Three Brothers Bakery Golden Pecan Frappe
Golden Pecan Frappe
Three Brothers Bakery Horchata Frappe
Horchata Frappe: Latin American beverage made from Toasted rice, almonds, Vietnamese cinnamon and blended with milk and ice.
Coffee is optional.
Three Brothers Bakery Thunderdome Frappe
Thunderdome Frappe: Cold brew with an extra shot of vanilla syrup, blended with milk and ice, and topped with a double shot of espresso.

These blended beverages are just the latest evolution of the bakery’s coffee program, an initiative we launched last November. The coffee program was created for our guests to enjoy a product we care deeply about, just as we do for our bakery items. Roasting coffee is a true labor of love, and our team is dedicated to creating a one-of-a-kind experience, which includes coffee.

**As of May 8, 2019, none of our locations are certified Kosher.**

It’s a detailed process to take the bean from its original green state to a full cup of coffee, and now we have the capability to do that. Bobby and Jack Babin, our roast master and coffee saucier, have collaborated to give Houstonians a new option among the city’s limited kosher coffee offerings. We wanted to create a distinct flavor profile, and we sent Bobby and Jack to roasting school so they could make it well.

And now when you enter our bakery, you smell not only delicious sweets but also the aroma of coffee beans. (If you want your nostrils to thank you at home, too, you can order our beans online.)
