As 2017 comes to a close, there are many memories and awards to be thankful for and those some of us wish to keep in the past. For our team at Three Brothers Bakery, we have been through our fair share of disasters and August 2017 had other plans for our bakeries when Hurricane Harvey hit Houston hard. Although our Braeswood location was devastated, it is our employees and guests’ homes that are more important. A home is where you build memories and we didn’t want to stop being a part of those special occasions with each of you.

Our three bakery locations were closed with Braeswood closed for 17 days. It is in thanks to our employees and Three Brothers families we were able to reopen and serve you, our dedicated guests who have supported us year after year.

Don’t laugh but it was such a pleasure to see our youngest customers in the school uniforms again and screaming and running around the bakery.  It was music to my ears – things were getting back to normal.

Houston is a strong city, one filled determined individuals. We can’t thank our family and our team of employees enough for their work during this time and for each and every person who purchased baked goods and sweets from us over the past few months. We love being a part of your memories and look forward to creating many memories in 2018.

If you happen to purchase our Texas Tradition Box or any item from our bakery’s online store, you will notice this insert in your box. This is a true depiction of what it means to be a part of the Three Brothers Bakery family and we appreciate you and your support more than you know.

Here’s to 2018 and continuing to be HoUSton Strong!

Have a sweet day,
Janice
