Italian Cream Cake SLICE

This Italian Creme cake slice is very popular among our bakery patrons. Three layers of Italian Cream cake are filled with cream cheese. The sides decorated are then decorated with a mix of toasted coconut and pecans. The top is finished with cream cheese rosettes and pecan halves.
