As we are now in October, we at Three Brothers Bakery are gearing up for a long stretch of holidays. Your mind may be drifting towards the sweetest desserts for Thanksgiving, Hanukkah or Christmas, but we’re thinking about fruit. Well, one of the sweetest fruits – pumpkin! (We’re being serious, it is a fruit.)
People spend a lot of October carving pumpkins, taking pictures in patches of them and even eating delicious treats shaped like them. But the best way to enjoy the unofficial plant of fall has to be eating the actual pumpkin desserts. It definitely counts as a serving of fruit, right?
For the pumpkin lovers among us, we offer two delicious options. The first, of course, is our traditional pumpkin pie.
