Cakes
If you’re hosting a large gathering for your graduate including friends, family, and classmates, then ordering a cake will guarantee you’ll satisfy everyone’s sweet tooth. At Three Brothers Bakery, our sheet cakes come in three different sizes. Our full size serves anywhere between 95-100 guests. Our half size will feed between 45-50 people, and our quarter size sheet cake will feed an estimated 20-24 guests. We also offer our round cakes in both 10” and 8” sizes. They feed 20-25 and 8-10 guests respectively.
Once you’ve decided on your cake proportions and shape, you’ll need to choose from several different flavors including chocolate, red velvet, or vanilla. Then what kind of icing will you use, chocolate or white buttercream; will you use the school colors? Don’t forget you’ll need to determine the design and style of your cake. Do you want a figurine on the sheet cake which represents your graduate? Or do you want a tiered cake with cap and gown designs?

Cupcakes
What if the more traditional party cake doesn’t interest your graduate? Then maybe a tower of graduation-themed cupcakes is more their style. Imagine small bite-sized cupcakes decorated with either vanilla or chocolate icing and displayed on a tiered stand? We can even create an edible graduation cap to place at the top of the tier decorated with the student’s name on it. Cupcakes are the perfect sized dessert to give all of your party guests a small sweet infusion.
A Bite or Two
If ordering an entire cake is simply too much for your party which includes younger graduates (i.e. kindergarten students), why not order a selection of cake balls. You can choose from vanilla, chocolate, funfetti, Italian creme, and red velvet flavors
Cookies
We can make graduation cap sugar cookies, or pencil shaped peanut butter ones, even chocolate chip cookies that say, “You’re a smart cookie, congratulations!” Whatever you can imagine we can create it on a cookie.
