Thanksgiving is a most welcome time of the year because everyone takes the time to slow down and count their blessings. In that spirit, we wanted to take a moment to reflect on the many things we are thankful for at Three Brothers.
We are thankful for the safety of our bakery. While we did sustain substantial water damage, we were spared from the worst of the Memorial Day flooding here in Houston. We know everyone in the area was affected, and many lost everything – even their lives. Our hearts continue to go out to those working to rebuild their homes and businesses.
We are also thankful for good health. As our co-owner Janice celebrates nine years as a breast cancer survivor, we continue to work hard fundraising for a cure!
We are thankful to be included with other wonderful businesses in the INC 5000, the fastest growing private companies in America, and ICIC Inner City 100, the fastest growing business within inner cities.
We are thankful that after five years, people are still fascinated by the Turducken of desserts, our Pumpecapple Piecake! What fun it was to see Bobby presenting the pie on Fox News this month.
Last but certainly not least, we are thankful for the wonderful team who makes this bakery what it is. Their commitment to excellence is nothing short of awe-inspiring, and their passion in creating everything from emoji cookies to the Gingerbread Pie never ceases to amaze us.
Most of all, we are thankful that we have the ability to be a part of the lives of our friends and guests every day. Being able to share such sweet memories with you all for 66 years now has brought us immeasurable joy. We look forward to continuing to be a part of the communities that make our business possible!
