Gingerbread is hands down the most popular holiday sweet we make at Three Brothers Bakery. This type of baked good is synonymous with the holiday season. Yes, anyone can make gingerbread at home, but we take it one step further to sweeter heights. From our gingerbread men called ‘Gingy’, to the little ones affectionately known as ‘Snap’, we can construct traditional gingerbread homes to Texas-sized mansions! Our Gingys can be dipped in white chocolate and decorated with buttercream they can be left naked (gasp) so you can decorate them yourselves, or we can deliver them to you in sheet-form.

There are many other types of desserts in addition to our gingerbread. If you’re searching for a pie we’ve got pecan, fudge pecan, apple, cherry, and pumpkin. If you didn’t know already, our pecan pie has won numerous accolades, starting with Country Living deeming it the “Best Mail Order Pecan Pie America Has to Offer” multiple times.

Do you really want to impress the crowd? Bring our famous Pumpecapple Piecake to your next party.
What holiday cake has been seen on Buzzfeed, Food Network, Saturday Night Live, Good Morning America, and stands 11 inches tall and weighs 23.5 pounds? The Pumpecapple Piecake or the Turducken of pie and cake, of course! It is 3 layers of cake that have pies baked inside of them. First, a pumpkin pie baked in a pumpkin spice cake; next our Award Winning Pecan Pie (or chocolate pecan pie) baked in chocolate cake; and last, but not least, our apple pie baked in our spice cake. Each piecake is layered with a generous filling of cream cheese icing. Ask Before you Order
Identifying what type of holiday desserts you are going to serve your family and guests is half of the question, the other part is in the details-literally. Before you call us at Three Brothers Bakery make sure you do a proper head count to know how many people you’ll be expecting. That number is critical in ensuring you’ve got enough sweets for everybody. A 9” pumpkin pie will not feed 50 people! Let us help you decide on the quantity of sweets you need. All you have to do is tell us how many people are coming.
We will also need to know if any of your guests have food sensitivities or allergies. This doesn’t mean you can’t serve your favorite Three Brothers pecan pie because your cousin has a nut allergy. Instead what you can do is provide an alternate sweet for her and any other of your guests who have allergies. Is your brother-in-law lactose intolerant? We are your bakery with so many non-dairy baked goods in our showcases. Our top selling cake is our Chocolate Ripple Fudge Cake, and it’s non-dairy!
What type of event will you be hosting and when? Is it a sit down meal where your guests will be using forks and knives? Or will they enjoy finger foods instead? The answer to these questions will affect the type of dessert we recommend you serve. The date of the event in relation to when you place your order may also affect the type of holiday sweets you order.
